A <br />copy of the draft EIS is enclosed for your information, <br /> <br />In accordance with Section l02(2)(C) of the act, we are requesting <br />comments of various Federal, state, and local agencies as well as <br />comments from private organizations and individuals on the draft <br />EIS. The Commissioner of the Bureau of Reclamation has furnished <br />the draft EIS to your agency head in Washington for review and <br />comment. When comments of the agencies concerned are received, <br />we will complete a final EIS.
