The first objective is approached
through an investigation of nucleant dispersion based on wind flow, an
analysis of precipitation and rawinsonde data that is essentially diag-
nostic in character, and an analysis of surface runoff related to pre-
cipitation. The second objective is carried out through detailed
analyses of precipitation and other records for all five years of the
pilot project operation. Conclusions and recommendations are presented
which can serve as guidance material for planning orographic research
projects.
17, KEY WORDS AND DOCUMENT ANALYSIS
a.
