At a minimunl1 this contrac:t will cover the followirlQ three tdsks: <br /> <br />1) a written review of all materials submitted to the State by SLA; <br /> <br />2) participation in all foeetings between the State and SLA where key <br />technical decisions may be made; <br /> <br />3) participation 10 the first round 01 field work. <br /> <br />Q!d~~11QQ~ <br /> <br />1.
