Leonard Rice.

8. Wright Water Engineers.

9. Rocky Mountain Consultants.
10. Greenhorne & O'Mara.

The two firms tied for 12th place have some relevant expertise, but have
some potential problems in firm organization.

12. Sellards and Grigg. One of their main experts, Abt, is not a member
of the firm.

12. ERO. This is quite a new firm. Some of the individuals involved
have a fair amount of experience, but the projects that have been
completed by the firm are minimal.

14. Battelle. This type of study is not really within their realm of
expertise.

15. Western Water. No experience in fluvial geomorphology or in sediment
transport. They are more geared for design work than for testing and
developing theories.
