CDOH. BNRR. and a <br />representative of the Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br />The field inspection shall be conducted in the first week of <br />April, prior to the flood season. The Town is the <br />sponsor/owner of the project; however, the State of Colorado <br />will monitor the implementation of the provisions of <br />Operations and Maintenance Manual. The Board will act as <br />the State of Colorado representative. The Board shall have <br />access at all times to all portions of the Project. The <br />Town's appointed Flood Superintendent shall furnish an <br />ANNUAL INSPECTION AND REPORT CHECKLIST to the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board, Denver, Colorado prior to the <br />beginning of the flood season. The format for the ANNUAL <br />INSPECTION AND REPORT CHECKLIST is displayed in Appendix A. <br /> <br />-11- <br />
