..'

-

-

Agreement Number 2-AB-30-001110

Development of a Program Plan for a
Precipitation Management Demonstration 1\ctivity

December 13, 1992 through January 16, 1993

No work was done during the majority of this period as we were waiting for final comments on the
draft program plan. After they were received, a small amount of time was expended incorporating
the comments into the report.

As of the date of this progress report, the program plan has been provided to the Denver Office's
editorial and publishing staff. They have informed me that it will take 3 weeks to accomplish
final editing and formatting, and to provide us with a camera-ready plan. The plan will then .
require 1 week for final approval by the Acting Chief, Research and Laboratory Services Division.
The editorial and publishing staff has also informed me that printing is now taking approximately
4 weeks to complete. Given this schedule, I would anticipate having the final program plan to you
by March 20. This is later than I had anticipated. To shorten the time before you have an
approved:final copy, I plan to make each State two copies of the camera-ready plan. This will give
you a copy of the plan you can use while it is being published. I anticipate that you would receive
these interim copies by approximately February 22.

Cost Snmmary:

Reoortirur neriod
Administration
Task 1
Task 3
Task 4
Total

Total to Date
Administration
Task!
Task 3
Task 4
Total

o staff day
o staff days
o staff day
...a staff days
3 staff days

$0
$0
$0
$3.035 - See Note 1
$3,035

10 staff days
147 staff days
40 staff days
.l.a. staff days
210 staff days

$5,106
$115,807
$15,993
$8.713
$145,619 - See Note.!

Note 1 - Reporting period includes $1020 in contract cost for contractor support personnel.
