You do <br />not state the source of the figure; however, any amount of water lost by <br />evaporation in connection with an exportation development from project or <br />replacement reservoirs will be included in' the consumptive-use figure for <br />the project. <br /> <br />The foregoing comments on your anal ysis represent my views and the <br />views of my staff.
