The existing delivery system consisted of a <br />combination of unlined ditch and pipeline segments. The original ditch was constructed around <br />1900 and the pipeline section in the 1960's and 70's. The Gle nceded to rehabilitate the existing <br />diversion and hcadgate to eliminate the risk of the diversion structure failing. The Natural <br />Resource Conservation Service.
