The project consists of replacing a water <br />supply tunnel in poor condition, with approximately 700 lineal fect of 72-inch diameter concrete <br />pipe, bypassing the tunnel completely. The Natural Resource Conservation Service. Durango <br />Office. prepared the final design plans and specifications. The General Contractor, Gosney and <br />Sons, of Bayfield.
