In accordance with the Contract, the City of Loveland owes $39,506.11 for interest during <br />construction, as calculated on the attached spreadsheet. <br /> <br />As indicated, the City of Loveland has secured alternate financing for the above reference project and is requesting to <br />pay off their current loan balance of $279,826.34. ,Therefore, including interest, your total amount due is $319,332.45. Make your <br />check payable to the Colorado Water Conservation Board and include the loan contract number on the check. The Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board also offers electronic fund transfers for your convenience (See attachment for details). Upon receipt <br />of your final payment the loan contract and promissory note will be returned to you, marked paid in full. <br /> <br />It has been a pleasure of the Colorado Water Conservation Board to work with the City of Loveland on the successful <br />completion of this project.
