3. Facilitator Conference- Work with Projects WILD, and Learning Tree to
plan and implement hvo three-day Facilitator Leadership Conferences.
Specialist will help arrange conference logistics including food, lod.ging,
substitute teacher reimbursement, etc. Coordinator will plan conference
sessions and related field trip options. This task will require grant monies
for both plamring and implementation phases; this will be a cost-share
with Projects WET, WILD, & PLT.

4. Volunteer Recognition- Coordinator will recognize outstanding facilitators
through awards and incentives including Project WET t-shirts, water
bottles and other gift recognition items. Facilitators receive thank you
notes and volunteer appreciation gifts following each workshop they
facilitate and are only eligible to attend the annual facilitator conference if
they have conducted a workshop within the past year. Select award
recipients, design award plaques and plan awards ceremony at annual
facilitator conference..

A. Project WET USA Foundation relations- Coordinator will maintain open
communications with national Project WET office to obtain materials, provide
input on changes or additions to Project WET programs and resources, and
apply for Project WET USA, pass-through grants. Participate in monthly
conference calls for regional WetTeam with Coordinators from other western
