<br />Application for Water Efficiency Grant Program: Colorado Watershed Network <br /> <br />coordinating volunteer facilitator stipends as needed over the course of the <br />grant. <br />CWCB Grant Funds: <br /> <br />CWN Match: <br /> <br />$ 2,112 (48 hours @ 80% of$55/hrrate)-2 <br />hours a month for tracking stipends- <br />Coordinator <br />$ 528 (20% of hourly rate) <br /> <br />3. Facilitator Conference- Work with Projects WILD, and Learning Tree to <br />plan and implement hvo three-day Facilitator Leadership Conferences. <br />Specialist will help arrange conference logistics including food, lod.ging, <br />substitute teacher reimbursement, etc. Coordinator will plan conference <br />sessions and related field trip options. This task will require grant monies <br />for both plamring and implementation phases; this will be a cost-share <br />with Projects WET, WILD, & PLT. <br /> <br />eWeB Grant Fllnds: $ 14,430-Project WET hard costs ofplannin.g 2 <br />three-day conferences, includes paying for <br />substitute teachers, hotel, meals, etc. for <br />---180 conference participants <br /> <br />$ 28,864 (656 hours @ 80% of$55/hr rate)- <br />conference planning and coordination- <br />Coordinator and Specialist <br />$ 7,216 (20% of hourly rate) <br />$ 53,280 (16 hours @ volunteer rate of$18.50* <br />for 180 conference participants ) <br /> <br />4. Volunteer Recognition- Coordinator will recognize outstanding facilitators <br />through awards and incentives including Project WET t-shirts, water <br />bottles and other gift recognition items. Facilitators receive thank you <br />notes and volunteer appreciation gifts following each workshop they <br />facilitate and are only eligible to attend the annual facilitator conference if <br />they have conducted a workshop within the past year. Select award <br />recipients, design award plaques and plan awards ceremony at annual <br />facilitator conference.. <br /> <br />CWN.Match: <br />Facilitator Match: <br /> <br />CWCB Grant Funds: <br /> <br />CWNMatch: <br /> <br />$ 4,440-hard costs for t\vo years worth of <br />incentives, thank you gifts and awards <br />$ 4,048 (92 hours @ 80% of$55/hr rate)- <br />manage Project WET portion of incentives <br />program, two years- Coordinator <br />$ 1,012 (200/0 of hourly rate) <br /> <br />III. Part.nership Projects: <br />Responsible Party: Project WET Coordinator, except where noted. <br />A. Project WET USA Foundation relations- Coordinator will maintain open <br />communications with national Project WET office to obtain materials, provide <br />input on changes or additions to Project WET programs and resources, and <br />apply for Project WET USA, pass-through grants.
