This information is being sent to you in accordance with the <br />October 5, 1955 Stipulation, as amended October 10, 1955, in Consolidated Cases Civil <br />Action Numbers 2782, 5016, and 5017, dated October 12, 1955. The following table <br />provides a brief summary of Denver's water year 2003 diversion, use, return flow, and <br />successive use of Colorado River water and a comparison with the average. Also shown are monthly totals for: 1) the carrying charges <br />assessed by the State Engineer on these diversions, 2) the portion used directly, and 3) the <br />amount of Fraser-Williams Fork water previously stored and subsequently released for <br />use in the Denver area. The diversions include Cabin-Meadow Creek water Denver is <br />entitled to use by contract. <br /> <br />CONSERVE <br />
