Flow at the gaging station <br />Yampa River at Steamboat was 105 cfs, as compared to the <br />long-term average of 124 cfs. <br />Conditions in November. continued the snowy <br />pattern that' started at the end of October.' For the month. <br />precipitation was 98% 'of average basin wide; with the <br />mountains . above Steamboat Springs receiving close to <br />130% of average. Temperatures were much below average <br />resulting in little melting of the snowfall. Soil moisture <br />content remains low; Stream flows throughout the basin are <br />near normal levels.
