Overall, they reported less success than the average <br /> <br />roundtable member on most of the questions. <br />Perceptions of HB11 77 Process Success <br />The survey respondents who were identified by Colorado Basin Roundtable members, but are <br />not part of that roundtable, were asked the same questions, but more broadly focused on the <br />overall HB1177 process. Similar to the Colorado Basin Roundtable member’s report on their <br />own roundtable’s success, most respondents reported only moderate or less success for the <br />overall HB1177 process. Respondents who were participating in any manner on a roundtable <br />other than the Colorado Basin or the IBCC were more positive about roundtable successes than <br />non-roundtable members.
