Action: A motion was made by Carl Trick and seconded by John Redifer to go into Executive
Session. The motion was approved unanimously (8-0).

Action: Based upon the recommendation from Casey Shpall, Deputy Attorney General the
discussion of Agenda Items 27a, 27b, 27c, 27d, 27e, and 27f and the Republican River

portions of the Executive Session constituted privileged attorney-client communications.

St.. Vrain and Left Hand Water Conservancy District

Action: A motion was made by Eric Wilkinson and seconded by John Redifer to approve staff
recommendation that the Board authorize staff and the Attorney General's Office to enter
into a stipulation with the St. Vrain & Left Hand Water Conservancy District that
incorporates the additional term and condition (or other language agreed upon by the
parties that is no less restrictive) set forth in staffls memo into the pretrial resolution
approved by the Board in September, which will be included in the stipulation and
decree. The motion was approved unanimously (8-0).
