Sherman <br />Executive Director <br />Dan McAuliffe <br />CWCB Acting <br />Director <br />A Special Executive Session of the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) was held at <br />1313 ~'~herman Street, Room 721, Denver, Colorado 80203, at 12:45 p.m., Tuesday, November <br />20, 2007. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Travis Smith. Ten voting members were <br />present at the call to order so a quorum was present (at least six required). Board members <br />present on this date were Travis Smith, Don Schwindt, Keith Catlin, John Redifer, Harold Miskel, <br />Barbal•a Biggs, Geoff Blakeslee, Carl Trick, Eric Wilkinson, Harris Sherman and John Stulp <br />(non-voting). Also present was Casey Shpall (Deputy Attorney General). <br />Executive Session Item -Interviews with Applicants for Position of CWCB Director <br />Action: A motion was made by Geoff Blakeslee and seconded by Harold Miskel to <br />go into Executive Session.
