The jlropcrty Tax mill <br />levies were set al .R~ for the <br />contmcl rcpayml.'nl. .()38 ji)T the <br />operating mill levy and .013 for the <br />abatements & refunds. These will <br />generate $4,4-42.532 for contract <br /> <br />repayment, 5209,970 for operating <br />revenues. and $71.832 in ahatement <br />& refund revenue. Overall these <br />represent 11 nine percent increase-in <br />property lax collections. <br />The Fountain Valley Conduit <br />payment increases to S3.05R.244 in <br />2002.
