Nearburg agrees that any final decree entered in Consolidated Case Nos. 04CW & <br />99CW34 shall provide that the Water Judge shall retain continuing jurisdiction to enforce the <br />provisions of this Stipulation as a water matter. <br />13. This Stipulation shall be binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the <br />undersigned parties and their respective successors and assigns. Nearburg shall record this <br />Stipulation and Decree in the office of the Clerk and Recorder for Mineral County. <br />14.
