The Lowland Lake and Ditch Company owns and operates the Loveland Reservoir just west of
Berthoud, CO. Currently the inlet capacity to the reservoir is limited to 20 cfs, which does not allow
the Company to fill the Reservoir when in priority. This project consists of constructing a new inlet
pipeline with a capacity of 50 cfs. Improving this inlet will increase the odds of filling the Reservoir
to its decreed amount when it is in priority; therefore allowing the company to deliver water to
shareholders.
