Staff Support Structure The CWWC Board of Directors will provide the ED with an annual plan of work, feedback, and direction for each task. CWWC will provide administration, supervision, deadlines and support for individual projects through committees. The following committees are working committees where all members are responsible for carrying out tasks associated with general board business as well as committee projects to include the specific tasks in this grant application. Management Team This team consists of the two Co-Chairs, Co-Secretaries and the Treasurer. This team will manage all administration, budget and staff for the CWWC. The Management team is comprised of: • Esther Vincent, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, CWWC Co- Secretary, will oversee the grant application and implementation process. • Paul Lander, City of Boulder, CWWC Co-Secretary, will oversee the grant application and implementation process. • Kevin Reidy, Aurora Water, CWWC Co-Chair, will co-lead the management team in all aspects of the project, and will support and work with staff on projects. • Scott Winter, Colorado Springs Utilities, CWWC Co-Chair, will co-lead the management team in all aspects of the project, and will support and work with staff on projects. • Beorn Courtney, Headwater Consulting, CWWC Treasurer, will manage the invoice, payments and overall budget of the grant administration. Beorn will also support staff in website and Management Team duties. Website Committee This committee directs and oversees staff on tasks that pertain to website development and maintenance. The Website Committee is comprised of: • Laura Wing, City of Thornton • Stu Feinglas, City of Westminster • Curtis Swift, Colorado State University Cooperative Extension (West Slope) The Membership Committee This committee will direct and oversee staff on tasks that relate to CWWC membership value, marketing and branding. The Membership Committee is comprised of: • Esther Vincent, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District • Brenda O'Brien, Green Industries of Colorado (GreenCO) • Veva McCaig, Colorado Water Conservation Board The Newsletter Committee This committee directs and oversees staff on tasks that pertain to the newsletter distribution, marketing and advertising. The Newsletter Committee consists of: • Laurie D'Audney, Fort Collins Utilities • Natalie Brower-Kirton, Aurora Water • Ruth Quade, City of Greeley • Curtis Swift, Colorado State University Cooperative Extension (West Slope)
