5. Claim to Make Water Rights Absolute for the City of Golden White Water Course
~xteiision : Seven additional structures were constructed within the channel of Clear Creek in
the reach decreed for the Course Extension, as approximately depicted in F,xhibit A, that control,
concentrate, direct and divert the flow of water for beneficial use as found in the original decree.
A. Leal Description of Course Extension Structures. The seven structures
constituting the Course Extension are located in Sections 27, 28 and 33, T. 3 S., R. 70 W. of the
6`h P.M., Jefferson County, Colorado. When considering the North line of said Section 33 to
bear South 89°40' 13" Nest, the location of each structure is more specifically as follows:
i. Structure No. 8. A structure located in the NEl/4 of Section 33, at a point
within the channel of Clear Creek which bears South 86°0T 13" West,
approximately 1620 feet from the NE corner of said Section 33 (the Section
corner common to said Sections 27, 2, and 33).
ii. Structure No_9. A structure located in the NF,1/4 of said Seetio~i 33, at a
point within the channel of Clear Creek which bears South 86°22'24" West,
approximately 1 S4U feet from the NE corner of said Section 33 (the Section
corner common to said Sections 27, 28, and 33).
iii. Structure No. 10. A structure located in the SE1/4 of said Section 28, ai a
point within the channel of Clear Creek which bears North 87°l8'S8" West,
approximately 12b0 feet from the SE corner of'said Section 28 (the Section
corner common to said Sections 27, 28, and 33).
iv. Structure No. 11. A structure located in the SE1/4 of said Section 28, at a
point within the channel of Clear Creek which bears North 73°50'51" West,
approximately 1 Ob0 feet from the SL corner of said Section 28 (the Section
corner common to said Sections 27, 28, and 33}.
v. Structure No. 12. A structure located in the SE1/4 of said Section 28, at a
point within the channel of Clear Creek which bears North 50°39'22" `'Vest,
approximately 880 feet from the SE corner of'said Section 28 (the Section corner
common to said Sections 27, 28, and 33).
vi. Structure No. 13. A structure located in the SF.1/4 of said Section 28, at a
point within the channel of Clear Creek which bears North 31 °55'10 "West,
approximately 870 feet from the SE corner of said Section 28 (the Section comer
common to said Sections 27, 28, and 33).
vii. Structure No. 14. A structure located in the SW 114 of said Section 27, at
a point within the channel of Clear Creek which bears North O1 °04' 11"Last,
