Consent Agenda Item 1.1 <br />Case No. 5-07CW241: Application of Stella Polare, LLC <br />Application Summary <br />This is an application for ground water right and approval of a plan for augmentation and <br />exchange in Pitkin County near Aspen. Applicant seeks absolute ground water right for Stella <br />Polare Well for 15 gpm with an appropriation date of December 31, 1966. Applicant seeks an <br />absolute right for domestic, fire protection and irrigation of not more than 1,000 square feet of <br />home gardens and lawns and a conditional right for a second single family dwelling with <br />irrigation of an additional 42,560 square feet of lawn and garden (total irrigation is not more than <br />1 acre of lawn & garden irrigation). Applicant claims an appropriation date of December 12, <br />2007 for the additional uses. In addition, the Applicant seeks approval of a plan for augmentation <br />and exchange to provide replacement water for out-of-priority depletions of domestic use and <br />irrigation. The sources of augmentation include Green Mountain and Ruedi Reservoirs (by <br />exchange).
