Consent Agenda Item l.k <br />Case No. 5-07CW230: Application of Michael and Yvonne Silverman <br />Application Summary <br />This is an Application for storage right, surface and ground water rights, and approval of a plan for <br />augmentation including exchange in Pitkin County near Snowmass. Applicant seeks a conditional <br />storage right for Silverman Augmentation Tank for 0.8 acre-feet with an appropriation date of <br />December 27, 2007 for augmentation, fire protection and the right to fill and refill. Applicant seeks <br />a conditional surface water right for Silverman Pump & pipeline for 0.25 cfs. Applicant claims an <br />August 1, 1986 appropriation date for irrigation and fire protection and a December 27, 2007 <br />appropriation date for aesthetic, recreation, fill & refill of the Silverman Augmentation Tank. <br />Applicant also seeks an absolute ground water right for Sih~erman Well for 0.033 cfs with an <br />appropriation date of November 13, 1979 for domestic and fire protection. Applicant further seeks <br />appro~~al of a plan for augmentation and exchange to pro~~ide replacement water for out-of-priority <br />depletions of irrigation and hot tub e~~aporation, projected to be approximately 1.99 acre-feet per <br />year. The sources of augmentation include Green Mountain and Ruedi Reser~~oirs (by exchange) <br />and Sih~erman Augmentation Tank (onsite).
