<br />Application Summary
<br />This is an application for approval of a plan for augmentation in Lake, Chaffee, Fremont, Pueblo,
<br />Crowley, Otero, Bent, Hucrfano, El Paso, Las Animas, Park, Custer, Prowers, Baca, and Lincoln
<br />counties. Applicant seeks to adjudicate a plan for augmentation to replace out-of-priority stream
<br />depletions caused by participating structures in time and amounts. Applicant plans to augment
<br />depletions with any water rights that Applicant has or may acquire. The application pro`~idcs a list
<br />of sc~~cntecn irrigation water rights as well as sc~~cral purchased water rights from the Fryingpan-
<br />Arkansas Project as the waters to be used for augmentation. The structures to be augmented include
<br />thirty three wells and other structures owned by its members located within its scr~~icc area, which
<br />may change from time to time as membership may grow. The application pro`~idcs a list of current
<br />wells and members. The current member wells withdraw water from the allu`~ium of various
<br />Arkansas Ri`~er tributaries, including from the East Fork Arkansas River.

<br />The Applicant's proposed plan for augmentation may injure the Board's instream flow water right
<br />on East Fork Arkansas Ri~~cr by not replacing depletions in time, location, and amount.
