25. Stream and Lake Protection Section 2009 Instream Flow Appropriations Pursuant to
ISF Rule Sc., the CWCB is providing notice that the Following 35 streams are being
considered for' instream flow appropriations in 2009. Staff will provide a summary of the
ISF Workshop held on February 13, 2008, at which it received these recommendations. At
the January 2009 CWCB meeting, staff may request that the Board form its intent to
appropriate ISF water rights on these streams. (1:20 1:40)
