The Negotiating Teams for lID and CVWD
agree to recommend that their Boards of
Directors and the State of California,
respectively, authorize the use of the Key Terms
For Quantification Se~leritent among the State
of California, lID, CVWD and MWD as the
basis for obtaining public input and completing
a New Quantification Agreement among the
parties.

The Negotiating Team for MWD agrees to
recommend that its Board of Directors and the
State of California, respectively, authorize the
use of the Key Terms For Quantification
Settlement among the State of California, lID,
CVWD and MWD as the basis for completing a
New Quantification Agreement among the
parties. .
