Measurcmcnts arc highly <br />variable throughout thc basin, ranging from only 70% of avcragc in thc Saint Vrain Watcrshed, to <br />96% of averagc in thc Clcar Creck Watershcd. Precipitation during Fcbruary was thc highcst <br />monthly measurement this watcr year, at 130% of averagc. Thc water year total is now 89% of <br />average. Rcservoirs in thc basin remain cxtrcmely low for this timc of year, at only 54% of <br />averagc storagc. Thcrc is only 66% of thc amount of storage thcre was last ycar at this time. <br />Unfortunatcly, dcspite the additional snow during February, thc forccastcd nll10ffhas not changed <br />significantly from last months'. Forccasts rangc trom only 35% of average at the inllow to Antero <br />Reservoir, to 76% of averagc on Boulder Creek near Orodel!. <br />
