Description of Data and Software <br /> <br />This section of the report will describe in detail the functionality of each of the three <br />SPMAP components and provide some guidelines on using them together. For more <br />information the readers should refer to the user manuals for each of the components <br />available on the internet at http://www.ids.colostate.edu/spmap. <br /> <br />1.0 South Platte Geographic Information System (SPGIS) <br /> <br />The goals of the GIS component of the South <br />Platte project are to improve the quantity and <br />quality of spatial data available to water <br />managers in the Lower South Platte River Basin. <br /> <br />Spatial data and analysis tools have been <br />developed to support these goals.
