GASP <br />has been instrumental in locating wells in the <br />Lower South Plalte. A number of tools "'ere <br />incorporated into SP!vIAP to facilitate interviews <br />with farmers to determine the actual location and <br />use of groundwaler wells (Figurf! 2). <br /> <br />The SPMAP software was used to identify and <br />prioritize wells requiring accurate location using <br />satellite GPS (Global Positioning Systems) <br />equipment.
