<br />W3-3 <br /> <br />W4-3 <br /> <br />W5-3 <br /> <br />W6-3 <br /> <br />W7-3 ' <br /> <br />W8-3 <br /> <br />W9-3' <br /> <br />WI0-3 <br /> <br />Wll-3 <br /> <br />W12..3 <br /> <br />Nebraska will continue to develop means for protecting, where appropriate, <br />existing flow conditions by: continuing monitoring and reporting as outlined in <br />Year 1; and selecting methods for mitigating, offsetting or preventing new <br />depletions ifa Program is initiated and prepare legislation for introduction. <br /> <br />The Nebraska Districts will coittinue to implement any water reregulation and <br />water conservation measures required by new FERC license articles for FERC <br />Projects Nos. 1417 and,1835. . <br /> <br />Colorado will continue to develop means, if such are necessary, for protecting <br />Program warer deliveries to the Colorado-Nebraska state line and, as <br />appropriate, the Colorado-Wyoming state line. <br /> <br />Colorado will continue to monitor population increase and collect other related <br />water use information in the South Platte River Basin in Colorado and report <br />such information to the GoVemaDCe, Committee (in accordaDce with Att. m, <br />App. A, Tab 3B). <br /> <br />Colorado will continue to pursue p~ses ~saty'to develop reregulation <br />projects within Colorado as ~sary to shift water flows from periods of net <br />accretion to periods of Det depletion (in accordanCe with Att. m, App. A, Tab <br />3B)..'
