environmental impact statement with preferred alternative by the eDd of year 2
of the Cooperative Ag:feement.

P2-2 FWS will Continue efforts to assess if activities to enhSln~ flow conditions in the
Big Bend reach of the Platte River undertaken under the proposed alternative
will increase the likelihood for recovery of the pallid sturgeon in lower reaches
of the Platte River.

P3-2 The signatories will continue to provide information and data identified in
MllestoDe P4-1 as nectSsary to implement the NEP A analysis.
