The governance structure, <br />responSibilities and authorities described in Attat!lnntom m, Appeudix C, shall be <br />applicable to any Program. developed pursuant to this Cooperative Agreement unless, <br />after the NEP A evaluation, the signatories agree otherwise. <br /> <br />X. OTHER PROVISIONS <br /> <br />A. GeQgraphic Scope. This Cooperative Agreement applies only to water related <br />activities and new water related activities occurring in the Platte River Basin upstream <br />of the confluence of the Loup River with the Platte River. <br /> <br />B. :firm.
