Northeast Quadrant Study - Future Baseline

. The following pages contain graphs and tables portraying "future baseline" conditions
developed using output from Denver's P ACSM model for its Baseline NT scenario,
along with other sources as summarized below. The "future baseline" is intended to
represent "probable future" operations of individual systems without any particular
cooperative arrangements. . Future baseline data were. used to estimate the remaining
exchange potential, the utilization of reusable effluent, and the availability of reusable or
free river water at the Burlington headgate. The following tables and graphs are
included:

· South Platte Flow Above the Burlington Headgate - Thetable contains average daily
values by month, while the chart following is a plot of the daily data. These data
come directly from P ACSM.

· South Platte Below Burlington - The table contains average daily flow values by
month, while the chart following is a plot of the daily data.

· Metro Wastewater into Burlington - The table contains the average daily flow (cfs)
values.

· Free River at Burlington - The table contains the total monthly volume of "free river"
available at the Burlington headgate. Ifflows at the Henderson gage exceeded 550
cfs, the water below the Burlington headgate was free. The chart that follows, is a
plot of the free river daily flow at the Burlington.

· Exchange Potential From Metro to Spinney-The minimum of the flow between the
exchange point and the diversion point was used to determine the exchange potential.
If the minimum flow between these two points was less than 10 cfs the exchange
potential was considered to be zero.

· Exchange Potential From Metro to Strontia- The minimum of the flow between the
exchange point and the diversion point was used to determine the exchange potential.
If the minimum flow between these two points was less than 10 cfs the exchange
potential was considered to be zero.

· Exchange Potential From Metro to Chatfleld- The minimum of the flow between the
exchange point and the diversion point was used to determine the exchange potential.
If the minimum flow between these two points was less than 10 cfs the exchange
potential was considered to be zero.

· Exchange Potential From Metro to Burlington-The minimum of the flow between
the exchange point and the diversion point was used to determine the exchange
potential.
