Design and layout of access, bank improvements, and some in-stream <br />improvements should take these users into account. Additionally, instructional <br />programs seek whitewater improvements that will extend the boating season. One <br />local firm suggested that the Boating Park would be an ideal location, if designed <br />properly, to instruct on the shoulder seasons in addition to peak flows. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Associated Design Criteria: <br />.
