Believed that a non-structural
option of pursuing an agreement with Denver for use of a portion of Dillon
Reservoir would be preferable
2) Fraser Settling Ponds - One opponent believed that Denver Water should be a
financial part of the solution, one believed that Winter Park Slci Area should
pay, and one believed that as it didn't provide a new supply of water, it was
not appropriate.
3) There were 20 ballots cast, with some abstentions. The short vote on the State
Funds was believed to be a ballot interpretation problem.
