C.R.S. 1998. The Town of Basalt Finance Department provides financial oversight services <br />to RWAPA. RWAPA was formed in 1981 in accordance with then-current Colorado Statutes and its current <br />Board consists of elected officials from three counties (Eagle, Pitkin, Garfield) and five municipalities <br />(Aspen, Town of Snowmass Village, Basalt, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs) in the Roaring Fork Valley. <br /> 1 <br />
