Water Activity Summary:

The Ruedi Water and Power Authority (RWAPA) is a quasi-governmental body organized under Sections
29-1-201, et seq. C.R.S. 1998. The Town of Basalt Finance Department provides financial oversight services
to RWAPA. RWAPA was formed in 1981 in accordance with then-current Colorado Statutes and its current
Board consists of elected officials from three counties (Eagle, Pitkin, Garfield) and five municipalities
(Aspen, Town of Snowmass Village, Basalt, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs) in the Roaring Fork Valley.
