NA WC provides meteorological consulting services in air
quality applied meteorology, climatological studies, forensic meteorology, weather forecasting,
probable maximum precipitation studies, and weather modification. He is responsible for the
overall management and supervision of NA WC and the technical direction and supervision of
NA WC's weather modification activities. Mr. Griffith has directed these weather modification
activities since 1977. Activities encompass participation in field research programs in weather
modification and the design, conduct, and evaluation of operational cloud seeding programs.
Programs are conducted in the western United States and a number of foreign countries.

Mr. Griffith has authored or co-authored 18 journal articles and over 130 technical reports. He
has presented 35 technical presentations at a variety of professional conferences. Mr. Griffith
holds the Certified Consulting Meteorologist (CCM) certification from the American
Meteorological Society and the Certified Manager and Operator certifications from the Weather
Modification Association.

James Renick

Mr. Renick's education includes a M.Sc., Meteorology, 1966 from McGill University Montreal,
Quebec and a B.Sc. Math and Physics, 1961 from University of British Columbia Vancouver,
B.C. His expertise includes meteorology, weather forecasting, weather modification, hailstorm
morphology, crop hail damage, hail climatology, weather radar, cloud photogrammetry,
industrial technologies, business/product development, branch office management and
administration, project management and waste minimization

Dan Risch

Mr. Risch obtained a B.S. in meteorology from Montana State University in 1978. Mr. Risch has
24 years of experience as a professional meteorologist. This experience has consisted of
forecasting, tracer gas experiments, weather modification and air quality meteorology. Mr. Risch
is a senior meteorologist, is proficient in satellite, radar, and model interpretation. He has
prepared daily forecasts and conducted daily weather briefings discussing operational strategies
for clients in both the northern and southern hemispheres in conjunction with weather
modification and atmospheric tracer projects. Mr. Risch has managed the operational aspects of
atmospheric tracer studies, assisted in the planning, setup, and operation of several SF6 tracer gas
experiments, and was responsible for airborne operation of tracer equipment.
