He is currently <br />the manager of SBCW A and responsibilities include supervision of the County Water Agency <br />and its staff as well as direction of Project Clean Water, the County's storm-water quality <br />program. The Water Agency administers various water supply contracts, collects and <br />disseminates hydrologic data, manages various water supply planning, implements the County's <br />water conservation program and runs the regional weather modification (cloudseeding) program. <br />He was appointed Water Agency Manager in 1990.
