It is important that under <br />threatening conditions, incoming data relevant to suspension <br />criteria be checked often. Mr. Gary Hester, DWR Flood <br />Forecaster, or a member of his staff will provide this <br />information. All project personnel should be alert for <br />situations that may require suspension of operations. All <br />project personnel are authorized to suspend seeding operations by <br />notifying poe personnel that conditions exist that should suspend <br />seeding. Personnel in the poe should note the time and the <br />person who called along with the reason for suspending seeding. <br />Seeding should then be terminated as soon as possible. <br /> <br />Suspension criteria to be used during the 1992-1993 season <br />include: <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />1. Excess snowpack water equivalent <br />2. Rain induced winter floods <br />3. Severe weather <br />4.
