On 6 days (8/27 and 28, 9/2,4,5,6) FTR rented light planes from local operators
at Altus Airport -- Mooney, Cessna 172, and Cherokee 6. The planes were used
for observing the operation of the C-97 dispenser system in flight, directing the
C-97 to suitable seeding locations, anc;l for logistics help.
