irrigated farm land that will be dried up and will no longer be irrigated with the subject shares.
However, it is expected that native grasses will be established upon the dried up lands, minimizing
any adverse physical impacts.

xv. CONCLUSION

1.

The LLRC is an incorporated entity in the Stat(~ of Colorado with the ability to enter into
a contract with the CWCB for the purpose of obtaining a Construction Fund loan.
The project will provide augmentation water supply and instrumentation equipment
necessary to obtain and operate a permanent plan for augmentation needed to allow
uncurtailed pumping of irrigation wells within the Lower Latham irrigation system.
The total estimated cost ofthe project is $2,194,275 and this will be financed, in part, by
LLRC, standard commercial bank loans, and from the CWCB Construction Fund.
The project is technically and financially feasible.
