IIVSTITUTIONAL CON�IDERATIONS <br />E:ntities that are, or may be, involved in the design, canstruction, and financing of the project <br />include: <br />Bull Creek Reservoir, Canal and Power Company: financing and project <br />management. <br />Water Resourc;e Consultants, LLC, and appropriate subconsultants: project <br />coordination, f�asibility studies, engineering design, permitting and construction <br />management. <br />Environmental �So�utions: Permitting and interfacing with the USFS and the Army <br />Corp of Engine�ers. <br />Palisade National Bank: Short term financing until a construction loan is granted <br />by CWCB. <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB): Long-term construction financing <br />Colorado State Engineers office: approval a design documents and construction <br />inspection. <br />U.S. Army Corp of Engineers: Permitting and compliance with the Clean Water <br />Act (wetlands permitting). <br />USFS: Environmental assessment, access permits, construction permits. <br />'The Reservoir Company is the lead for financing, design, and construction of the project.
