°STATE OF -COZORRDO ) <br />SS <br />County of Adams ) <br />'IN TIM COUNTY COURT <br />Number Ij93. <br />IN TFID MATTER .OT THE 'INCORPORATION ) <br />0RD•ER <br />OF THE T0VIM OF BENIM -TT. ) <br />This matter coning'on to be.heard upon the report of the <br />Commissioners heretofore appointed by this Court, of'the re- <br />salts of:an- election to determine the question, "Shall the Town <br />' _of Bennett be incorporated ", and the Court having emamined all <br />proceedings had in the matter§ of the proposed incorporation <br />and having read the report of the Commissioners filed in said <br />cause, and the petitioners having complied with law in such <br />case-made and provided for the proposed incorporation, and the <br />' Court being fully advised. in.the premises, The gourt Doth•Find: <br />1. That the petition for incorporation was substantially- <br />' conformable to law. <br />2. That the .said election held within the limits of the <br />proposed Torn of Bennett on the 16th day of September, A.'D. <br />1929, was substantially regular and-fair and that a majority <br />' of the ballots, cast at said election were in favor of incorpOr- <br />ation. <br />' THEREFORE, It is Adjudged arad decreed that the incor- <br />poration of the said proposed Town of Bennett is complete and <br />the Clerk of this Court is ordered to give notice of suc}i fact <br />by publication in the Strasburg News, a newspaper published <br />' within the County of..1dams, State of Colorado. <br />Done by the Court this 25th day of September, A.D.1929. <br />BY-THE COURT: <br />Judge . <br />
