Due to the multiple constraints <br />and the number of requests received by the Board of County Commissioner's for funding, they <br />have unfortunately declined funding for your project. The Board of County Commissioner's <br />believes the project is worthwhile, particularly to the agriculture community, and wishes you well <br />in this endeavor. <br /> <br />I have enjoyed the opportunity to have worked with you on this project for the last several <br />months.
