Collins, CO 80523 <br /> <br />Dear John, <br /> <br />Soldier Canyon Filter Plant is co-owned by East Larimer County Water District, Fort Collins-Loveland <br />Water District, and North Weld County Water District. These three water districts combined provide <br />potable water service to customers in a 500 square mile area north, south and east of Fort Collins. <br />Their service area includes property in both Larimer and Weld counties and also includes the towns <br />of Nunn, Pierce, Ault, Eaton, Severance, and part of Windsor. <br /> <br />The Steering Committee for Soldier Canyon Filter Plant has favorably reviewed your proposed study <br />to assess the benefits and costs of pressurized dual systems in areas of northeastern Colorado. <br />Soldier Canyon Filter Plant agrees to pledge $5000 to the study and I also pledge to be part of your <br />study team.
