The Phase <br />1 cost is $125,121, of which the applicant has secured $31,862 in cash and in-kid services. Staff <br />recommends that the CWCS fund the remainder of $93,259. <br /> <br />Phase 2 is in the category "Studies with a significant potential to result in a loan from the <br />Construction Fund/Severance tax Trust Fund Perpetual Base Account. "The guideline in this <br />category is funding for up to 50% of the study cost, limited by the amount not already funded. The <br />Phase 2 cost is $95,391 of which the applicant has secured $52,519 in cash and in-kind services, <br />leaving $42,872 unfunded.
