Collins, CO 80523 <br /> <br />RE: Dual Water Systems Study <br />Grant Recommendation <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Rowe, <br /> <br />I am pleased to inform you that the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) has <br />recommended your grant to the General Assembly for approval. We understand the grant <br />will be used for a study to assess the benefits and costs of Pressurized Dual Water <br />Systems in Colorado. <br /> <br />The Board recommended a grant from the Construction Fund in amount of $13:6,131. I <br />have attached a copy of the updated Board memo concerning the Colorado Institute for <br />I rrigation Management. Please refer to page 3 of that memo and to the section "Action <br />taken by the CWCB January 24,2001." <br /> <br />When the Board approves a grant from the Construction Fund there remain several <br />conditions: <br /> <br />a) An approved contract must be in place before funds can be advanced. Jan IlIian will <br />contact you concerning our contracting procedure. It usually takes about 2 months to <br />complete the contract after funds have been authorized by the General Assembly. <br /> <br />b) A detailed Scope of Work is required. John Van Sciver reviewed the scope of work <br />submitted with your application and found that it meets the requirements of thEl CWCS <br />Guidelines for financial assistance. <br /> <br />Flood Protection · Water Project Planning and Financing.
