These plans are referred to as Rule 14 Plans since Rule 14 defines the components <br />required for plan submittal. <br /> <br />CWPDA has submitted Arkansas Rule 14 plans annually since 1996. The Division <br />Engineer's office provides an annual letter describing any additional information and data that must <br />be submitted in order to gain plan approval.
