outside of the Town limits, the rates are higher and increase up to $2 per l,OOO gallons fior water
use greater than 50,000 gallons.

The only outstanding debt to the Town's water fund is an annual loan payment of $23,200 per
year for payment of a loan to build the water treatment plant that was constructed several years
ago. This loan will be paid off in the year 2001.
