The design is <br />currently being reviewed by the SEa and will be submitted to the Larimer Country Building <br />Department in August 2005. Comments from the SEa are expected in early August 2005. <br />Contractors were pre-qualified for the project in May 2005. All nine of the full property acquisitions <br />are complete and ten of the fifteen partial property acquisitions are complete. The Districts have <br />possession and use of the five remaining partial acquisitions.
